Specific expertise

Elisabeth’s areas of expertise are general business litigation, arbitration, industrial risk and civil liability law. Elisabeth assists French and foreign clients in cross-border industrial disputes before all types of courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures. Elisabeth also advises on the drafting of commercial contracts.

Professional career

Before joining Grenier Avocats, Elisabeth worked for an international law firm specializing in business litigation and industrial risks. She also worked as a lawyer in the purchasing department of a large French group with international development and taught corporate law to students at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Education and training

Elisabeth holds a double degree in Law and Languages (English – Spanish) from the University of Nantes. After a semester of study in Spain, she joined the Business Law Institute of Aix-en-Provence and obtained the Diploma of Corporate Counsel (DJCE) as well as the Master 2 in Corporate Engineering. She also holds a DU in Comparative Law from the University of Aix-Marseille.
