Rapha\u00ebl intervient en contentieux commercial, arbitrage et risques industriels. Il accompagne des clients fran\u00e7ais et \u00e9trangers dans des litiges complexes et transfrontaliers, en mobilisant notamment son expertise en mati\u00e8re de droit international priv\u00e9 (comp\u00e9tence juridictionnelle et loi applicable).<\/p>\n

Sa trajectoire professionnelle<\/h3>\n

Avant de rejoindre le cabinet Grenier Avocats, Rapha\u00ebl s’est form\u00e9 au contentieux et \u00e0 l’arbitrage international au sein de cabinets internationaux \u00e0 Paris et \u00e0 Bruxelles. Il s\u2019est \u00e9galement form\u00e9 en juridiction, aupr\u00e8s de la Chambre internationale de la Cour d’appel de Paris (p\u00f4le 5-16) et du Tribunal de commerce de Paris.<\/p>\n

Rapha\u00ebl est par ailleurs co-fondateur de Smartlawyer, legal tech d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la profession d’avocat.<\/p>\n

Il encadre en qualit\u00e9 de coach l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Master 240 de l’Universit\u00e9 Paris-Dauphine PSL participant au Pax Moot.<\/p>\n

Il est membre de Paris Place de Droit.<\/p>\n

Sa formation<\/h3>\n

Rapha\u00ebl est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 d’un Master 2 Droit europ\u00e9en et international des affaires de l’Universit\u00e9 Paris-Dauphine PSL.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement obtenu un Master 2 Comparative and European Private International Law de l’Universit\u00e9 Toulouse 1 Capitole, un LLM Comparative and European Private International Law de l’Universit\u00e9 de Dundee (Royaume-Uni), ainsi qu’un LLB English and French Law (Hons) de l’Universit\u00e9 de Kent (Royaume-Uni).<\/p>\n
