Rapha\u00ebl\u2019s practice focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration and industrial risk. He advises French and international clients on complex domestic and cross-border disputes, with particular expertise in private international law.<\/p>

Professional career<\/h3>

Before joining Grenier Avocats, Rapha\u00ebl trained in litigation and international arbitration at leading international law firms in Paris and Brussels. He gained experience in court proceedings through placements with the International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal, Division 5-16, and the Paris Commercial Court.<\/p>

Rapha\u00ebl is co-founder of Smartlawyer, a legal tech company dedicated to the legal profession.<\/p>

He coaches the Universit\u00e9 Paris-Dauphine PSL Master 240 team participating in the Pax Moot.<\/p>

He is a member of Paris Place de Droit.<\/p>

Education and training<\/h3>

Rapha\u00ebl holds a Master 2 in European and International Business Law from Universit\u00e9 Paris-Dauphine PSL.<\/p>

He holds a Master 2 in Comparative and European Private International Law from Universit\u00e9 Toulouse 1 Capitole, an LL.M. in Comparative and European Private International Law from the University of Dundee, and an LL.B. in English and French Law with Honours from the University of Kent.<\/p>
