Specific expertise<\/h3>\n

Marie\u2019s main areas of expertise are general business litigation, arbitration, industrial risk and civil liability law. She assists French and foreign clients in cross-border commercial and industrial disputes before all types of courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures. <\/p>\n

Marie has also developed particular expertise in enforcement litigation for French and international clients, including against States.<\/p>\n

Professional career<\/h3>\n

Before joining Grenier Avocats, Marie practiced in several leading international firms, in commercial litigation and international arbitration, in Paris and London.<\/p>\n

Education and training<\/h3>\n

Marie holds a Master 2 degree in business law (Magist\u00e8re Juriste d\u2019Affaires \u2013 DJCE) from the University of Paris II Panth\u00e9on Assas. She also obtained university diplomas in Civilization and Common Law Rights and Civilization, Language and German Law. <\/p>\n
