Specific expertise<\/h3>\n

Marion’s main areas of expertise are commercial litigation, civil liability and industrial risks. Marion supports French and international clients in complex cross-border disputes, both before state and arbitration courts.<\/p>\n

She has also developed particular expertise in enforcement litigation.<\/p>\n

Professional career<\/h3>\n

Before joining Grenier Avocats, Marion worked in the litigation and arbitration department of a renowned international firm for four years. She also taught International Contract Law to Masters students at the University of Bordeaux and provided several internal training courses in Civil Procedure.<\/p>\n

Education and training<\/h3>\n

After following training in a preparatory class for the Grandes Ecoles (ECS) which today allows her to understand the economic interests of the clients she supports, Marion continued her studies in law at the University from Bordeaux. After a semester of study in Canada and her participation in the Legal Clinic of the University of Quebec in Montreal, she joined the University of Paris I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne to obtain an M1 International Law and an M2 International Economic Law.<\/p>\n
