Elisabeth’s areas of expertise are general business litigation, arbitration, industrial risk and civil liability law. Elisabeth assists French and foreign clients in cross-border industrial disputes before all types of courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures. Elisabeth also advises on the drafting of commercial contracts.<\/p>

Professional career<\/h3>

Before joining Grenier Avocats, Elisabeth worked for an international law firm specializing in business litigation and industrial risks. She also worked as a lawyer in the purchasing department of a large French group with international development and taught corporate law to students at the University of Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne.<\/p>

Education and training<\/h3>

Elisabeth holds a double degree in Law and Languages (English – Spanish) from the University of Nantes. After a semester of study in Spain, she joined the Business Law Institute of Aix-en-Provence and obtained the Diploma of Corporate Counsel (DJCE) as well as the Master 2 in Corporate Engineering.
