Driven by his profound interest in industrial issues, Patrice provides training for his clients in civil liability, the environment and insurance. He works with senior executives on a daily basis to raise awareness of the importance of protecting their employees, clients and suppliers against the many risks that may have a serious impact on the business, and even, in some cases, threaten its survival.<\/p>

He has worked hard to ensure that his firm has a truly international dimension. Backed by his team, Patrice is in a position to offer clients around the world the benefits of current legal practice in English and, above all, extremely detailed knowledge of different legal systems, particularly as regards common law and OHADA law. His firm is also the Paris affiliate of the Clausen Miller International network of law firms.<\/p>

Professional career<\/h3>

Patrice began his career with a UK law firm as a lawyer and ultimately an attorney, and has since developed a client portfolio of industrialists, brokers and insurers both in France and abroad.<\/p>

Patrice is a Member of the French Arbitration Association (AFA), the French Institute for Directors (IFA), the IPBA (Inter-Pacific Bar Association), the AMRAE (Association for risk-managers) and the AIDA (International Association for Insurance Law).<\/strong><\/p>

Patrice has been appointed by a French multinational industrial company to chair the audit and ethics committee as an independent member.<\/p>

Education and training<\/h3>

Patrice is a graduate of the Institut d\u2019Etudes Politiques de Paris \u2013 Sciences Po \u2013 and holds a postgraduate degree in law from the University of Paris II.
