Raphael’s main areas of expertise are the prevention and resolution of civil and commercial disputes, corporate financing and international litigation. Raphael assists French and foreign clients in industrial disputes before all types of courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures.

He also provides advice in the context of dispute prevention and the drafting of commercial contracts.

Professional career

Before joining Grenier Avocats, Raphael worked in several firms specializing in business litigation where he supported an international clientele, particularly in the transport and pharmaceutical industries. He also held legal positions in the field of corporate financing within a leading French bank.

Education and training

Raphaël holds a Master II in business law, with a specialization in transport, insurance and customs law, obtained from the University of Lyon II Julie-Victoire Daubié. He also holds a Master I in business law from the University of Lyon III Jean-Moulin.

Finally, he holds an International Business Lawyer University Diploma, giving him in-depth expertise in international law and cross-border dispute resolution.
