Pauline’s areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, international investment law, international arbitration and criminal business law. She advises clients in the drafting of commercial contracts and audits, as well as commercial operations such as mergers and acquisitions. Pauline also assists clients on issues related to Compliance and Ethics. More specifically, she assists clients in the implementation of their anti-corruption obligations of the Sapin II law.
Pauline completed an internship at the Office of Legal Affairs of the United Nations in New York. Before joining the firm, Pauline was a legal counsel at the Justice-Law-Governance Department of the French Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Education & training
Pauline studied Law & Economics at the University Paris 1 – Pantheon Sorbonne for four years, which allowed her to understand, beyond legal issues, the economic and financial environment of companies. She also holds a French Master Degree in “International Economic Law” of the University Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne. Pauline was called to the Paris Bar in February 2019.
