Specific expertise
Antoine’s areas of expertise are business litigation (commercial and corporate), industrial and ethical risks as well as criminal law and criminal business law. Antoine also advises on the drafting of commercial contracts and audits. Finally, he brings his expertise on compliance-related issues, supporting manufacturers in their compliance with the anti-corruption obligations of the Sapin II Act.
Professional career
Before joining Grenier Avocats, Antoine completed several internships in French and American law firms specializing in litigation and criminal business law. In business, he has worked in the legal and compliance departments of major French groups, particularly in the context of the deployment of their international activities. Committed associatively, Antoine has also held the position of Secretary General of the Observatory of Criminal Justice and chaired the French Federation of Debate and Eloquence, of which he is the founder.
Education & training
In France, Antoine holds a Master’s degree in «Private Law and Criminal Sciences» from the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in «Theory and Practice of the Trial» from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In England, he obtained a PGC in International Business Law from King’s College London University. Antoine also holds the Diploma of «Compliance officer» from the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
