Stéphanie specializes in commercial and corporate law, energy law and civil liability law. She acts as counsel on the drafting of commercial contracts, audits and commercial M&A operations. Stéphanie has particular experience of supporting industrialists in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and legal documents in a number of French- and English-speaking African countries.
Stéphanie gained her experience working for international firms in France and Australia, in the fields of business and energy project financing law. She regularly finds herself working on cross-border operations and is familiar with and regularly advises on matters governed by OHADA law (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa, covering 15 African countries).
Education & training
Stéphanie holds a Masters 2 in International Economic Law, specializing in international business law (Paris I – Sorbonne), an LLM in International Legal Practice obtained in Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Versailles. She was called to the Paris Bar in 2010.
